The Serrai vineyards have south-east to south-west exposures, where the sun and ventilation provide optimal conditions for the grapes to ripen. The work in the vineyard is intense, but the result is a sparkling wine of brilliant colour, with a bouquet that evokes the sweetness of ripe fruit and the delicate floral scents of calla lily and campanula.
