\n Last April at Vinitaly 2025, we proudly presented La Tordera's new manifesto. Head, Heart, Hands perfectly reflects our family's way of being, which is reflected in every harvest and every glass of wine.\n


\nHEAD, HEART, HANDS: THE MEANING OF OUR MANIFESTO\n

\n\ud83d\udca1 HEAD - THE VISION\n
\nHEAD represents the knowledge and expertise passed down from generation to generation, required to produce a well-made, high-quality wine<\/a>, , which is the result of experience and awareness. It is also the ability to guide one's hands with skill, to cultivate and care for the vines with attention. HEAD expresses our vision: it allows us to grasp every sign of the weather and the territory, interpreting it with sensibility and respect. \n

\n\ud83e\udde1 HEART - THE DEDICATION\n
\nHEART is the essence of our total devotion to quality and to our customers. It best represents the Vettoretti family<\/a> : Pietro, who knows every vine like the back of his hand and Mirella, who represents the welcoming heart and soul of the family. Renato, who passionately follows every stage of the work in the vineyard and Paolo, the beating heart of the winery, who coordinates every aspect of the business with passion. HEART also represents the larger Tordera family, whose expert hands that take care of each row of vines with care and whose passionate hands work with respect for the historical heritage.\n

\n\ud83e\udd32 HANDS - THE WORK\n
\nHands represent the mindful and conscious care<\/a> we take in every activity, from the grape to the bottle. In fact, they represent direct contact with the land during daily work in the vineyard, such as the careful manual harvesting of the grapes or the bending of the vines. \n Our origins are the soul of a family history. La Tordera is more than just a name, it is the beating heart of our journey that began in 1918 from an ancient birdcatcher's reserve on the Cartizze hill. It holds a precious heritage, a passion and know-how that, for over a hundred years, are bringing to life to inimitable sparkling wines, which are the pure expression of our history and the place we call home.\n

\nFor La Tordera, the careful wine production is not just a matter of beginning with grape harvest, ending with the bottling, but it\u2019s also related to the family values, as the love for our territory and the way of doing things guaranteeing the absolute quality from the beginning. Beside this, it is also the know-how of wine producing.\n

\n\u201cHead, Heart and Hands\u201d concretely reflects our corporate values, expressed every day by our employees. Vision, devotion and hard work come together to create wines that tell the story of our land and our family history.\n

\nFor us, making wine is an act of care guided by passion for our land and for the people who live there every day. Every choice, from the grape to the glass, reflects attention, experience and respect for who we are and where we grew up. Each bottle contains a piece of our world, made up of hills, hard-working hands and genuine bonds. \n A CONCRETE EXAMPLE: \n
HEAD, HEART, HANS AT THE VINITALY 2025 TRADE FAIR\n

\nWe participated at Vinitaly fair 2025 with a new image, offering an emotional experience based on our land, family and passion. We wanted to physically represent our \u201cHead, Heart, Hands\u201d manifesto at our stand, where every detail was carefully designed to best express our identity.\n
\nOne wall was dedicated to the words that make up the manifesto, surrounded by a series of images showing the faces of our family and the most representative elements of our work. This was followed by the phrase \u2018Family bubbles, wines that tell the story of our land\u2019 on another wall, accompanied by a photo of Pietro, Mirella, Renato and Paolo. \n
\nFinally, part of the wine bar was the setting for \u2018Con le mani nella terra\u2019 (With our hands in the earth): glass display cases were used to exhibit the soil we collected from three of our vineyards, both to best embody our manifesto and to highlight the differences in the soil and the resulting organoleptic characteristics that each terroir transfers to the wine. \n <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
